Congratulations on following your inner guidance and I am honoring your courage to be here!
Welcome to this bundle. My intention is to create a space for you to cultivate your own practices to learn about and work with your somatic self and inner world, with your unique nervous system, and expand your somatic self care.
I am Shekina, and here I introduce this content and myself, to help orient you to the resources available here.
After listening to this video.. Take 10 minutes to sit with your journal and ask a couple useful questions for navigating forward.
Here are a couple inquiries:
- What tends to happen when you feel overwhelmed? Can you map it out? (There can be a few varieties of how this can play out depending on the context.)
- Does your energy tend to increase, decrease, or both?
- How do you recognize when you start to feel out of balance emotionally?
- What patterns do you tend to feel “stuck” in? Or that seem to repeat?
Remember, these are unique to you and your history, and simultaneously you are not alone with them! After 10 minutes, move on from your journaling, move your body. And let’s continue!
